The event brought together H.E. Aissatou Clémence Baré (Ambassador of Niger to the United States), H.E. Kassoum Coulibaly (Ambassador of Burkina Faso to the United States) and H.E. Joann Lockard (Ambassador of the United States to Burkina Faso), as well as representatives of the Bureau of African Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
