BAM has won the "Supplier Relationship Management" award at the inaugural Morocco Procurement Awards 2022, organized by the Moroccan Association of Purchasing Community (AMCA) and LOGISMED (International Transport and Logistics Exhibition for Africa and the Mediterranean), held on June 15 in Casablanca. This award recognizes projects that foster partnership relationships with suppliers.

The Morocco Procurement Awards is a ceremony dedicated to celebrating excellence and innovation in procurement. Numerous candidates competed for this prestigious award. In the "Supplier Relationship Management" category, the trophy was awarded to Barid Al-Maghrib Group amidst thunderous applause.

This recognition is a testament to the dedicated efforts of Barid Al-Maghrib's procurement leadership in driving transformation and digitalization, particularly through the implementation of a unique and modular system for managing supplier relationships, known as the "Supplier Efficiency Management System – SEMS," which enhances organizational competitiveness and performance.

This procurement digitization project offers numerous benefits, including access to a wealth of data, improved expense control, reduced costs and processing times, as well as a deeper mutual understanding with suppliers.

This winning initiative strengthens the relationship between Barid Al-Maghrib and its suppliers, showcasing the innovations brought by SEMS and its integration, which contribute to optimizing the supplier journey and experience by fostering a trustworthy environment.

In this regard, the ceremony honors the teams that have actively contributed to achieving the objectives and priorities of "Supplier Relationship Management," leading to significant performance gains for employees. This trophy acknowledges best practices and rewards committed actions.
